Terms of Service
Draft. This Terms of Service will be reviewed by a lawyer before Weevii opens to the public, and may change.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use Weevii, a community app for adult anime and manga fans. Weevii is run by [company or operator name]. By creating an account you agree to them, together with the Community Guidelines, the Prohibited Items policy and the Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use Weevii
You must be 18 or older and allowed to use Weevii where you live. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up and only accounts aged 18 or over can use the app. We do not check identity documents. We may close an account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
3. Your account
Keep your password private and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account: do not share, sell or transfer it, and do not pretend to be someone else.
4. Your content
What you post stays yours: photos, posts, comments, polls, collectibles, messages and clan posts. You give Weevii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize and show it, only to run Weevii and only to the people your settings and the app allow. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or for safety (see the Privacy Policy). Post only what you own or have permission to share.
5. Rules
Keep to the Community Guidelines (harassment, hate, sexual content, spoilers, spam, scams and safety) and, in the Marketplace, the Prohibited Items policy. Both are in Settings › Help.
6. Marketplace
The Marketplace lets members show collectibles and chat about them. Weevii does not sell anything, take payments, hold money, arrange delivery or check items, prices or members. Any deal is only between the two members. Meet in busy public places, check items before paying, and never share passwords or one-time codes.
7. Clans and events
Clans are created and run by members; their Captain and Vice-Captain look after them under these terms. Events are organised by members, not by Weevii. In-person events are checked by our moderators before they appear to everyone in Events, but Weevii does not attend, inspect or insure any event. Take care, and leave if something feels wrong.
8. Moderation
Members can report posts, comments, polls, collectibles, messages, profiles, clans and events. Our moderators review reports and may hide or remove content, limit an account, suspend it or close it, and contact the authorities where the law requires it or someone is at risk. Automatic checks also refuse text with blocked words and limit how fast an account can post. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@weevii.com.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or to protect members or Weevii.
10. No guarantees
Weevii is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and safe but cannot promise it will always work or be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Weevii is not responsible for what members post, for deals between members or for meetings and events. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
11. Changes, law and contact
