Delete your Weevii account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deleting can’t be undone.
In the app
- Open Weevii and go to Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@weevii.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my Weevii account and your @username. We may ask you to confirm it’s your account, then delete it within [number of days, to be decided] and reply when it’s done.
What is deleted
Deleting your account deletes your profile, date of birth, posts, comments, photos, collectibles, polls, saves, orbits, notifications and phone notification tokens. Chats you were in are deleted for both people. A clan you lead passes to its Vice-Captain (or another member), or is deleted if nobody else is in it.
What is kept
We keep reports you made and feedback you sent, without your name or email, and the moderation log of actions taken (which keeps an internal account number but not your name or email), for [how long, to be decided], for safety and legal reasons. Copies may remain in our provider’s backups until they expire.
